    Julie has worked with leaders in the industry in Ireland, USA, Australia, New Zealand and has also spent many years at sea working on Cunard Ocean Liners, Queen Mary 2 & Queen Elizabeth.

    Returning home to Ireland, she established Irish Food Safety Training & Consultancy and is also completing MSc Food Safety Management. Given her experience, she understands that no Food Business is the same and will adapt her training style to meet your business requirements, ensuring you achieve the highest standards in food safety. Julie is a member of the International Food Safety and Quality Network, is licensed by the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI) and is a full member and licensed trainer with The Food Safety Professionals Association (FSPA).
